How we do it
We have developed the first-ever automated quality control system in Switzerland, enthusiastically approved by Swissmedic. This system, a unique robot named “Ambrogio”, meticulously scans every single item entering our warehouse, significantly minimizing the risk of encountering counterfeit goods. This innovative technology, created in collaboration with SUPSI (Università della Svizzera Italiana), sets us apart as a leader in quality control within the Swiss pharmaceutical distribution field.
